WHERE IS BIG DADDY BISCUITS LOCATED?

We are a family business based in Atlanta Ga.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PACKAGES?

All of our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Once your item ships, we will send you a tracking number. Each Big Daddy Biscuits order is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives safely. Big Daddy Biscuits is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once delivered. All orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia.

CAN MY DOG TRY A SAMPLE OF THE DOG BISCUITS?

Sure!!  The first 4 samples are free if you pay the shipping cost.  If you are looking for more, we can send you wholesale pricing for additional samples.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and mailed Monday through Thursday EST. Orders are processed from Big Daddy Headquarters within 2-3 days once the order is received. Once shipped, orders may take 2-4 days to arrive depending on your location. Shipping estimates do not include our production processing time.  We try to get the order out ASAP to your pups and if you have a custom order, this might take a little longer.

DO YOU REPLACE DAMAGED DOG BISCUITS CANS?

At Big Daddy Biscuits, we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you receive a shipment that was damaged in transit, please reach out to orders (at) bigdaddybiscuits (dot) com. We will discuss your order with you and determine the best option for replacement.  We will need to hear from you within 24 hours of you receiving your package along with photos of the damaged product so that we can submit a claim to the shipping carrier. 

I ACCIDENTALLY SHIPPED MY ORDER TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. WILL YOU SHIP A REPLACEMENT BOX TO ME?

Please review all shipping information before submitting your order. If an error has been made, please contact us immediately via orders (at) bigdaddybiscuits (dot) com to see if we can adjust the order. Once we ship a package to the listed address, we cannot be held responsible for re-sending a duplicate order. Please resubmit another order with the correct address and we will send the replacement order as quickly as possible.
